What if my jewelry breaks?
We test our prototypes and materials and they hold together under the most tedious of reasonable wear. We take pride in our high quality jewelry, and we want you to take pride in your purchase.
As a fine jewelry company, we want our jewelry to be the best. However as we handmake everything, each piece could have its own tiny difference. That's what makes it so special.
If your piece has come apart, feel free to contact us and we will ask you for some photos and will be happy to send you another piece free of charge.
what if the clasp tarnishes?
We had a batch in early production of clasps that while they are sterling silver, did not undergo an anti-tarnish treatment, so that silver needs to be polished more frequently. We have switched clasps and manufacturers so the new clasps are just as high quality but also have the anti-tarnish treatment.
We would be more than happy to send you a polishing cloth free of charge! Simply contact us to provide an address!
do you do custom pieces?
Just contact us and we would love to chat about fashioning a family heirloom pendant or loose beads into a one of a kind piece just for you!
