What if my jewelry breaks?
We tested our prototypes and they seemed to hold together well, however we had to correct our process and used smaller crimping beads to fasten the clasps on since there were a few random pieces that came apart. Much to our chagrin, we were unable to troubleshoot any other issue on why it might come apart.
As a fine jewelry company, we want our jewelry to be the best. However as we handmake everything, each piece could have its own tiny difference. That's what makes it so special.
If your piece has come apart, feel free to contact us and we will ask you for some photos and will be happy to send you another piece free of charge.
what if the clasp tarnishes?
We had a batch in early production of clasps that were not real 925 sterling silver even though we were told they were. We apologize for this and have switched to a more reputable wholesaler and tested their clasps to make sure they are the real McCoy.
If you think your piece had defective clasps, feel free to contact us and we will ask you for some photos and will be happy to send you another piece free of charge.
